You can also access a copy by logging into BSWIFT using the URL above: Click “My Profile” on the top menu bar, Select “Employee File” from the left-hand menu, under the final column header labeled “View”: Click view next to the 2025 1095C form. A PDF will download and can be printed. You might have to scroll to the bottom and slide the bar to the right to see the final 2 columns.
